• 1+ years of proven success in sales
• Genuine interest and passion in environmental organizations — understanding of issues related to climate change
• Strong understanding of ESG, Sustainability and carbon market trends and topics
• Excellent track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven sales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Lead Management and Deal Closure: Full responsibility for qualified leads from BDRs
• Develop and implement strategies to close deals effectively and aim to maintain a high conversion rate of leads to closed deals, with clear set revenue based targets
• Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow up and progression of leads through the sales cycle. Utilising CRM platform to accurately track and manage the status of all leads and opportunities ensuring that this is kept up to date regularly
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and identify potential business opportunities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients to generate leads
