Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis supporting GTM and Finance functions
- Expert-level skills in writing SQL, Python is nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI
- Basic understanding of Statistics and data science
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Proven interpersonal skills and ability to convey key insights from complex analyses in summarized business terms. Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams
- Prior experience in insurance or insurtech is preferred but not required
What the job involves
- We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our BizOps team at Nirvana. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing and standardizing our GTM data infrastructure, driving data governance, and delivering impactful data analysis and insight generation
- Your work will directly support GTM performance reporting to drive strategic decision-making across the organization
- Build and enhance GTM data infrastructure by leveraging Salesforce and Nirvana’s proprietary data. The role will also involve gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop informative and visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations by translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate withData Science, Engineering, Product, Finance, and other teams to define data requirements and align on project goals
- Implement data integrity checks and validation processes to maintain accuracy and integrity. Proactively identify and resolve data anomalies or discrepancies
