Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Finance
- In-house recruiting experience with a start-up, or high-growth company is required
- You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed

What the job involves

- We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, Finance)
- Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent
- Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
- Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with stakeholders and TA Manager
- Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team

Brigit is an algorithm-based personal finance app that helps underserved financial customers maintain financial health. It offers a raft of protective services including cash bumps to fend off overdraft charges, budgeting tools, and interest-free emergency loans.
In spite of this financially-oriented spread, Brigit has no intention of expanding into neo-banking. This is smart, as it allows the company to focus on a broad range of banner services without stepping into the far more competitive digital banking sector. Brigit has successfully united these disparate features under a strong customer-forward and socially-impactful identity, which gives the company the freedom to expand its services in response to new banking trends without diluting its brand.
It means, too, that Brigit can complement new and legacy banking solutions, instead of competing for space. This careful positioning should shore Brigit up in a sector undergoing continual and swift change.
