• Skills Challenge Interview
• This interview follows the submission of your skills challenge
• You can expect to meet senior members of the department to which you're applying, and other relevant, cross-functional colleagues, who will ask more technical, subject-matter specific questions to test your suitability for the position in a relaxed environment
• Depending on the role, there may also be a presentation element. It is quite usual to be nervous at this stage. Don't worry though, the team will do their best to put you at ease so we can really see what you'd be like to work with everyday
• We highly encourage you to bring more department-specific and job-specific questions to this interview
• Cultural Match Interview
• This is the last stage in Aibidia's interview process where you will meet some of our most senior leaders. You have done most of the hard work to get here already - well done!
• You can expect a discussion around your previous roles and how they fit in with Aibidia's growth plans as well as some questions around your interests and career goals. We recommend you are prepared with suitable questions too
• Offer Presentation Call
• Congratulations on making it to the offer stage! You will have a call with Aibidia's Chief Operating Officer and the Hiring Manager to discuss the terms of your offer
