Who you are
- You have 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend engineering
- You're comfortable working with complex product architectures and have a deep understanding of modern software design principles

What the job involves
- As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing features across the Gorgias platform
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that solve meaningful customer problems
- Design, implement, and own full-stack features and services from concept to production
- Build and maintain scalable, observable, and secure systems that power real-time support for thousands of e-commerce merchants
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact initiatives
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and product scoping with a focus on long-term scalability and simplicity
- Drive quality by writing well-tested, maintainable code and leading by example in code reviews and design sessions
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Libraries and technologies:
