Role
Who you are
- The role will suit a strategic, experienced, hands-on operator who has a track record of success and who thrives in fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on multichannel, integrated campaign management
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and driving customer acquisition
- Strong analytical abilities to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation
- Tech-savviness and digital marketing techniques to create targeted lists, web pages and emails
- Expertise in tools like HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo and Salesloft
- Operational pace and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of the board governance market and/or a desire to learn about this in great depth
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to the CMO, we’re looking for a Global Campaign Manager to set-up and own our product marketing function
- Owning the end-to-end planning, development, execution and optimisation of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
- Running targeted ABM campaigns to engage, nurture and convert target accounts in key geographies
- Collaborating with our Head of Content to align the editorial calendar with the campaign strategy, to develop and distribute engaging content that resonates with target audiences
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement to optimise ROI
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Marketing Team, and working effectively with Sales, Customer and Product Teams ensure campaign alignment and success

BI's mission is definitely ambitious and it will need full support from the up-and-coming young generation of board members to favour the adoption of its smart board packs. Old practices, which are favoured by more experienced managers, can be detrimental to the decision-making process and Board Intelligence needs to continue to prove the value of its products so that they become the product facilitating best practice.
