What the job involves
- Reporting To: Chief of Staff to Kaluza CEO
- We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior leaders across our executive team—based in both the UK and US
- This is a dynamic and high-trust role that will serve as a critical enabler of focus, alignment, and execution at the most senior levels of the company
- You will work closely with a mix of executives, managing their time and priorities with precision, anticipating needs, and helping ensure the wider team operates smoothly and strategically
- This is a fantastic opportunity to be embedded in the heart of a mission-driven, high-growth technology business
- Own and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring schedules align with business priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for designated executives, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and prepare for key meetings, leadership sessions, and offsites—handling agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
- Support communication flow between execs, teams, and the broader organisation, helping to drive clarity, coordination, and execution
- Partner with execs on investor and board engagement, including assistance with board materials and stakeholder correspondence
- Manage travel, expenses, and other logistics to enable seamless operations
- Build trusted relationships across the business and act as an ambassador on behalf of the executives you support
