Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience spanning operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable building dashboards and translating business questions into data stories
You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity through data and insight, and can self-serve in Excel and SQL
Proven ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking, operational precision now, strategic scale later
Global mindset and ability to collaborate across time zones

What the job involves

At Scaler, we’re looking for a data-driven operator to supercharge our go-to-market engine
You’ll be the glue between Sales and Account Management, building scalable systems that drive sharper forecasting, cleaner processes, and smarter prioritization
Your work will bring clarity and predictability to how we grow
Leveraging data insights, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business, you’ll optimize processes, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure our Sales team operates efficiently and effectively at scale
Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency
Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what’s working and what isn’t
Lead the management and optimization of our sales, and account management processes, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams
Develop conversion insights to guide smarter prioritization
Standardize reporting and dashboards for performance
Streamline CRM workflows and ensure clean, actionable data
Support Sales with process tools that remove friction and boost efficiency

Our take

The reality is that the real estate sector contributes an estimated 20% to the world’s carbon emissions, as well as having several other environmental impacts.

Scaler collects ESG (environmental, social, and governance) data to better understand and encourage the real estate industry to do better in this field.
