Who you are
- If you’re a strong storyteller who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance, this role is for you
- 4+ years of content marketing experience, with proven success in B2B healthcare or digital health marketing
- Demonstrated experience writing high-performing, lead-generating email and digital campaigns
- Strong storytelling and editing skills; able to simplify complex topics for busy decision-makers
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing performance and conversion metrics
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Self-starter with curiosity, empathy, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- As Content Marketing Specialist, B2B, you’ll craft compelling, insight-driven content that drives engagement and conversion across the buyer journey
- You will play a key role in shaping how Hello Heart connects with healthcare decision-makers, helping generate demand and build awareness within the digital health space
- Reporting into our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll collaborate with teams across Enterprise Marketing, Sales, and Design to develop content that supports lead generation goals and reflects our brand’s approachable, data-driven voice
- Develop and manage high-performing B2B content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, reports, and email campaigns
- Create segmented content for key audiences such as Medicare Advantage plans, public and private sector employers, and labor unions
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to craft lead-converting email campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Collaborate with Events Marketing to promote meetings, webinars, and conferences through targeted campaigns that drive ROI
- Write and optimize digital ad copy for LinkedIn, display, and other paid channels; collaborate with Design on creative execution
- Ensure all content aligns with Hello Heart’s brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels
- Use data and performance metrics to measure impact and inform future content strategy

Hello Heart is a medical tech company that helps its users achieve lifestyle changes that will reduce their risk of heart disease, using artificial intelligence, behavioral science, a digital coaching app and connected monitoring tools to achieve this
Hello Heart is offered as a service to individuals via its app and to employers and health insurance who can offer it as a perk to their employees or customers. While other solutions exist, such as a plethora of health-related, gamified apps and coaching services, Hello Heart is somewhat unique with its membership of the American Heart Association's Innovator's Network, giving its solution a great deal of credibility compared to its rivals. Indeed, Hello Heart drives down health care costs by almost $2,000 a year per user, which has led to it being offered as a perk by companies such as Delta Airlines and Northwestern Mutual.
The company has raised a significant amount of funding, most recently in 2022 which saw it closing a Series D round. It is currently focusing on R&D efforts to improve the AI underpinning its technology, allowing it to add new and more thorough health tracking and coaching capabilities.
