Who you are
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish and English
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, German and/or French is a big a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - our language of Business Operations
- 2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B, SaaS and Real Estate)
- Previous experience working with a ticketing system
- Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Service-oriented mindset
- Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets
- Liaise with customers submitting support requests via multiple channels
- Interact with customers using a variety of platforms like live chat, calls, emails and tickets (reactive work)
- Respond to customers requests in a timely manner and efficiently, using the correct information to support them
- Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences, which can be used to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates
- Create effective campaigns for new customers as well as less active ones
