Brokerages selling commercial insurance process large numbers of complex transactions, all occurring across disconnected software systems. Herald uses AI to help brokerages extract, process and load data from a wide variety of formats, centralising processing and accelerating their efficiency.
Herald’s infrastructure works as a single API that can lift data from PDFs, spreadsheets and various information-holding software. It can be integrated into existing brokerage workflows, including both CRM systems and Agency Management software.
