What the job involves
- We are offering a paid internship to an entry-level person looking to break into tech and startups
- This is an onsite NYC role for a local college or MBA student who can commit around 20+ hours/week during the winter/spring semester
- This could develop into a full-time role for the right person
- The intern will handle various administrative, research, or data operations tasks for the marketing and data teams
- For candidates with the right background, projects may include data analytics and insights using SQL
- Assist with event research to identify and validate key data inputs for AI models
- Review and resolve data errors in the database; collaborate with team on patterns and potential signals
- Use SQL and dashboarding tools to perform data analysis to identify insights about events, attendees, and organizations attending events
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to generate and manage sensitive datasets
- Direct product impact: Your models will shape how event marketers discover, connect, and measure ROI
- Product market fit: Customers love our platform; now it’s about enhancing the user experience and scaling with AI
- Ownership: You’ll set the standard for how we build, evaluate, and ship AI at Vendelux
- Growth: Work on cutting-edge problems in LLMs, recommendation systems, and applied ML
