What the job involves
- This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of New Businesses by supporting leadership with short to long term projects. Our organization is deeply committed to being data-driven and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving cross-functional projects that deliver tangible value to our customers
- Drive follow-ups, execution, and accountability across senior stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making
- Support functions across the New Business Organization, stepping into any vertical or function as needed—no task too small or too complex
- Act as business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical as the business scales from $5 to $20M in GMV this year in preparation for hiring a full time GM for the business
- Own core funnel metrics (form submits, CPL, conversion) and overall performance
- Oversight of a contracted growth marketing team
- Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into go to market improvements
