Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the technology or software industry
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
- Crypto knowledge via a dApp, non custodial wallet or centralized exchange
- Experience creating and managing chatbot content (e.g., ChatGPT, Dialogflow, or similar)
- Strong understanding of customer support workflows and user-focused content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency
What the job involves
- We're seeking a Technical Writer who will join our Customer Happiness team for a six month project. You will play a vital role in creating, organizing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that enhances customer experiences and streamlines internal processes.
- This role requires a collaborative mindset, technical proficiency, and an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Join us in our mission to make the digital economy accessible, safe, and easy to use for everyone
- Create a standard for help site support articles to be consistent across Phantom platforms
- Stay current with new versions of Phantom’s app and site to keep them up to date
- Partner with chatbot admin to maintain generative AI bot for support
- Organize, publish, and maintain content using CMS platform Sanity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content accessibility and usability
- Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for various audiences
- Assist with creating in-app information model content / tool tips
- Help maintain developer documents

Phantom is a cryptocurrency wallet that creates a space for users to buy, send, receive, swap tokens and collect NFTs.
Phantom hosts the Solana blockchain, though Ethereum is generally more popular within the crypto world, Solana is said to have faster speeds and lower transaction costs. Offering the same wallet features as its competitors, the company are setting itself apart with newer features like the “Burn NFTs” feature allowing users to remove spam NFTs sent by attackers and support them in dodging NFT theft prevalent in the sector. The company prides itself on extremely high-security factors.
Founded in 2021 the company already has an impressive firm valuation of $1.2 billion. It might not be in the top-rated crypto wallets out there yet but the young company will likely join this list if it continues on this upward trajectory and continues to diversify itself by adding special features and product offerings.
