Product Lead, Tuza

• You will have 2-4 years in a high intensity environment where you can demonstrate that you acted with urgency (VC backed startup, MBB, IB, PE etc.)
• You default to systems thinking: when you see a problem you instinctively break it into it's atomic elements
• You have good taste: you're opinionated about how a product should operate and care about working with others who do the same
• You are an excellent communicator: you communicate precisely, and charismatically

• You’re not here to “own a roadmap.” You’re here to walk into a bank, map today's manual process, and make it run itself
• We call it a Forward Deployed Operator. You’ll see it listed as Product Lead, because that’s the closest thing the market understands. In reality it’s part product, part systems architect, part operator-on-the-ground. You will sit next to the people who currently run the process manually, take it apart, and turn it into something an AI agent can execute
• You'll be responsible for creating urgency in the bank you're working with. Quickly turning around proof of concepts, managing stakeholders and being discerning in evidencing our impact
