Talent Acquisition Manager, Ketryx

• 5+ years of fast-paced, recruitment experience
• 2+ years experience managing a Talent Acquisition team
• Demonstrated use of strategic ideas to quickly scale an organization
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems

• Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and ensure their continued success
• Be a player coach and successfully manage your own req load
• Oversee the use of staffing agencies when needed and ensure achievement of their assigned KPIs
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs
• Leverage strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and follow up with candidates
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals
• Conduct full cycle recruitment including application review, initial screen, and coordinate additional interviews with the hiring team
• Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve process and deliver key results
