Role
Who you are
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features
- Extensive experience with Next.js and React
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SCSS or LESS
- Experience in MaterialUI component integration
- Knowledge of using RTK Query alongside great experience in consuming RESTful API’s to drive the front end experience
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable
- Experience in translating and feeding back on Figma designs into a great UI would be a bonus
- Experience in payment flows including Google and Apple Pay integrations
- Knowledge of building Social media applications from authentication to interaction
What the job involves
- Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional web applications
- Develop and maintain reusable and efficient code using Next.js, React, and other relevant technologies
- Identify and address performance issues, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness of the applications
- Implement and maintain responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, including Next.js and React
