- 6+ years as a product designer
- Experience designing interactive web, mobile, or desktop experiences for consumers

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join CrowdRiff’s Creators team that facilitates the delivery of authentic, high-quality, on-demand vertical video content made by local content creators to our customers that include Destination Marketing Organizations and reputable travel brands
- In this position, you'll use your skills in translating strategy and user insights into interfaces that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable to use

- You’ll be tapping into the creator economy and designing for local storytellers, empowering them to create content
- You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering to design and ship experiences that make it easy for our users to discover, create and deliver the most authentic content to travelers everywhere
- Our product has many interconnected parts which requires systems design thinking to build something that is useful and intuitive, while elegantly serving the needs of our users
- Immerse yourself in the Destination Marketing industry and solve the important challenges that help these destinations and their communities thrive
- Be the lead designer of our CrowdRiff Creators product experience across web and mobile app working closely with key stakeholders to define next-generation creative workflows and content experiences for digital marketers
- Apply the full breadth of your design skills through wireframing, visual design, copywriting, and design system contributions
- Actively ideate and propose solutions that drive impact and growth opportunities
- Look at the big picture, not only from a product but also from a business point of view
- Integrate user, business and technical constraints through structured thinking
- Own the design process from concept through to execution, iterating based on feedback and user behavior
- Bring clarity and insight to problems that are broad and ambiguous in scope
- Effectively articulate findings and design decisions to your team and stakeholders
- Collaborate within your fellow product and design teams to receive feedback, iterate and make your work better. Be there as a thought-partner for others when they need your help
- Create exceptional user experiences with a commitment to detail and quality
Our take
CrowdRiff was established after the founders saw the the explosion in visual content being shared at a scale like never before, and the power of these visuals to influence consumer decisions. As a result, they set out to help the travel and tourist community make the most of this opportunity.
CrowdRiff's platform makes it easier for marketers to showcase their destinations visually, which drives engagement and tourism revenue. Their solutions are now used by over 800 tourist brands, including Marketing Greece and Tourism Australia. This is testament to the value of their marketing products.
CrowdRiff is now the leading visual and social marketing provider for the travel and tourism industry. This is largely down to their ability to remain agile, and to offer destinations a wide variety of individual products, tools and projects. They will need to maintain this level of innovation if they are to draw even more clients to their books.
