Who you are
- This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants exposure to multiple areas of B2B SaaS marketing while helping scale marketing efforts in a growing region
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience preferred)
- Experience or exposure to field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to support a range of marketing initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus
What the job involves
- The Marketing Specialist, EMEA is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- You’ll play a key role in executing field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, while also supporting digital marketing, webinars, campaigns, and other regional marketing initiatives across EMEA
- Support the planning and execution of EMEA field marketing programs, including events (virtual and in-person), campaigns, and regional initiatives
- Assist with ABM programs in partnership with sales, including account targeting, campaign execution, and follow-up activities
- Work closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on regional priorities and campaigns
- Support regional digital campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels
- Assist with campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking
- Help localize and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets
- Manage logistics and execution for EMEA webinars and virtual events, including coordination with speakers, promotion, and follow-up
- Support webinar content development in collaboration with product marketing and field marketing
- Act as a key marketing partner for the EMEA region, supporting a wide range of initiatives as needed
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure EMEA needs are supported and represented
- Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholders across multiple projects
- Track and report on campaign and program performance
- Help identify opportunities to improve engagement, pipeline impact, and regional effectiveness
