Who you are
- Are you an experienced Business Analyst who has experience with card migrations and delivering transformation?
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry
- Experience working on card transformation or migration projects
- Strong experience of communicating with customers
- The ability to supporting other teams with clear and easy to understand information to enable them to manage the customer experience
- Process and data mapping experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with remote teams
What the job involves
- This role is a twelve month fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension for a further twelve months
- We are seeking a Business Analyst who has extensive experience in delivering card payments projects to join our growing team in London
- You will be pivotal to the delivery of key strategic transformation projects, as we deliver new and improved processes and services to our processing platform
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define customer objectives and ensure the successful delivery of the key strategic transformation projects
- Gathering and analysing customer outcomes and how they will be supported through the improved processes and services
- Managing the customer impact assessment with input from cross functional teams to ensure clear path for each customer
- Using your experience of customer transitions/migrations to ensure the smooth transition to the new services/processes is managed with all changes being clearly defined and communicated
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including account management, product development, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistent customer management
- Document business requirements for any gaps found through the impact assessment process and manage these with the product team in to engineering
- Input and support the creation of customer transition plan/schedule
- Working closely with remote teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring project milestones are achieved effectively

Thredd (formerly Global Processing Services) focuses on paytech, with a tranche of services including major areas like payments, wallets, fraud prevention, and crypto management.
This diverse offering across high-growth fintech sectors has helped Thredd draw in hefty funding, and key clients across the key fintech markets of Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, including Revolut, Curve, Cape, and Starling Bank.
This shows quite how far Thredd has managed to capture significant market penetration, which has given it the resources to continue building out key new products. With more non-fintech businesses looking to leverage the benefits of embedded banking, this could see Thredd expand into further markets such as insurance and loans. Certainly, Thredd has both the momentum and the valuation to take the plunge into other lucrative verticals.
