What the job involves
- Nexamp's Capital Markets team is seeking to hire a Operations Coordinator
- In this role you lead the project management responsibilities for the Capital Markets team, support tax-Equity and debt financing at a portfolio level and collaborate with various stakeholders on process improvements
- This individual will have the opportunity for future growth and development amongst a group of high achieving and fun professionals
- This position will report to the Manager, Capital Markets
- Organize and maintain internal data management and communication (including upcoming tax-equity and debt financing, fundings, and project checklists, etc.)
- Work independently and as part of a team to develop and refine best practices for efficient processes and procedures
- Support certain recurring meetings such as milestone funding and financing all-hands by organizing calendar invites, setting agenda, and managing post meeting notes etc
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement and/or build internal processes to streamline communication and coordination within deal team
- Coordinate with other business units such as Legal, Community Solar, Energy Sales, Business Development, EPC, Finance and Accounting to manage project and financing check list and dataroom
- Assist with the preparation of portfolio financing including coordination with the project finance, development, design, estimation, community solar and legal teams on key open risks by project
- Support the administering of projects through construction, financing and achieving commercial operation
- Participate in regular Capital Markets update meetings
- Organize and support team functions and events
