Role
Who you are
- Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets
- Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets — and to build the playbook as you go
- A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players
- You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead
- This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up — from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities
- Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories
- Leverage your existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles
- Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions
- Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally
- Run a tight product feedback loop with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features
- Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana

Blockchain technology is a rapidly growing industry with many startups and established companies developing new applications that utilize it. However, many companies reinvent the wheel as they each attempt to build their own version of the blockchain software.
Alchemy offers a platform that simplifies the creation of blockchains and the launching of new nodes. It provides developers with “building blocks” that can be used to make the process more efficient. Alchemy is working with multinational organizations like Meta, Adobe, and Splunk, and it has won many clients from their current top competitor, Infura.
The company has seen considerable growth and is now acquiring companies to improve its stack. It now serves over 10M end users and became a unicorn after attracting impressive funding in 2022. It continues to refine its platform to gain competitive edge, recently launching a transaction simulation product to help reduce the chances of transactions becoming susceptible to scams.
