Role
Who you are
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, energetic approach and willingness to learn in a global team
What the job involves
- We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our global finance team
- This role sits at the core of our finance operations, with a focus on bookkeeping and supporting month-end processes across a multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-geography environment
- You will gain hands-on experience - supporting operations that span funds, management companies, and startup ecosystems worldwide
- The breadth of exposure in this role is uniquely difficult to find in traditional corporate or Big 4 environments
- While grounded in fundamental finance responsibilities, the role offers broader visibility than a typical entry-level position, with the opportunity to contribute to processes that support teams across multiple regions
- You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, helping to keep our global operations running smoothly as Antler continues to grow
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies
- Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
- Preparing and posting journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions
- Supporting month-end close processes and improving timelines and accuracy
- Maintaining organized and audit-ready financial documentation
- Reviewing and validating financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy
