Role
Who you are
- 5-8+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
- Experience selling globally with a proven ability to sell to and build relationships with the C-suite
- Industry experience (sustainability, cleantech, waste management, etc.)
- Experience with deal sizes from $10k to $500k
- Demonstratable results as a top-of-the-class, high-performing salesperson
- Able to lead teams to consensus and alignment on strategy, deal points, and negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal, client management, and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment
- The ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
- Experience and passion as a public speaker, frequent presenter to the C-suite
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
- An active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales cycle (ideally HubSpot)
- The ability and passion to contribute to a positive team atmosphere and company culture
- Commitment to work flexible hours and travel as required
What the job involves
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and lead generation to negotiations, contracts, and closing the deal
- Deal identification, design, negotiation, and legal stewardship
- Develop deep expertise of Intuitive AI products and educate prospects and customers on the value of Intuitive throughout the adoption cycle
- Establishing lasting relationships with executives and decision-makers on partners and clients
- Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations
- Communicate effectively through the organization, escalating issues on billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
- Conduct periodic customer health checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous company improvement

Our take

Its leading product, known as Oscar, can be added on to any existing multi-stream recycling bin turning it into a smart bin. It then senses what kind of waste users are about to dispose of and instructs them where to put it.
With so many large businesses committing to sustainability targets, a tech solution like Intuitive AI’s could be of great value in allowing them to meet their goals. The company was only founded in 2017 after graduating from the Creative Destruction Lab (AI Stream) in Toronto, yet it's already scored some major clients in the form of Merck, Nike, Visa and Tim Hortons.
Beyond its environmental impact, Intuitive AI’s data collection capacity could prove to be a big money maker. For example, Oscar can identify package branding – this kind of information could feasibly be monetized through partnerships with food & beverage outlets. If the company can capitalize on this, it should be able to see future success.
