Manager/Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, Aerospike

• A Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of financial analysis experience working directly in Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance or FP&A
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Excel; expert modeling skills

• Support the development, implementation and administration of Aerospike’s financial consolidation and forecast infrastructure
• Partner with the business to manage expense forecasts and own weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPIs, presentations, and other key analyses
• Partner with accounting to support month-end close, flux reviews, and deliver high-quality financial reporting
• Help execute financial strategies to support Aerospike’s growth objectives, including strategic and financial planning, and budgeting
• Act as a strategic thought partner and support the business with ad hoc projects to determine operating improvements and associated financial impact
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
