Senior Marketing Strategy Director, Stash

• 8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant growth and achieved business objectives, ideally with experience influencing channel-specific strategies
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, and CRM with the ability to provide strategic guidance for their optimization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both overall strategy and channel-level execution
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including providing strategic counsel to channel owners

• Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a critical thought partner and consultant to our growth channel leaders, playing a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth
• You will be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, solidify Stash's position as a leader in the fintech space, and explore cutting-edge AI-driven marketing technologies to improve productivity and effectiveness
• Develop Marketing Strategy: Work closely with CMO to build a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with Stash's business goals, encompassing brand building, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Strategic Thought Partnership: Serve as a key thought partner and internal consultant to leaders across various growth channels (e.g., paid acquisition, organic growth, referral), collaborating on the development and optimization of their channel-specific strategies
• Lead Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans, setting clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets across all marketing channels
• Optimize the Marketing Funnel: Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key opportunities for improvement in conversion rates and customer lifetime value across all acquisition and engagement efforts
• Explore AI-Driven Marketing Innovation: Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new AI-powered marketing technologies and platforms to enhance campaign performance, personalize customer experiences, and drive efficiency
