Role
Who you are
- You have experience of running direct mail campaigns targeting small businesses
- You have a thorough understanding of AB and multivariate test structures
- You are comfortable reporting on channel-level performance and presenting to wider groups including senior stakeholders
- You are able to work autonomously to drive campaigns and projects forward, problem-solving as appropriate, and proactively seizing opportunities to drive yourself and the business forward
- You get things done
- You are an effective manager of third party agencies and suppliers
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a high level of accuracy
What the job involves
- You will manage all Countingup direct mail campaigns. This will include segmenting the audience data, managing the creative process and liaising with our external mailing house partner
- Devising and delivering direct mail campaigns
- Pre-campaign planning, including insight-driven creative testing ideas, agreeing test structures and briefing the data team
- Working with various teams (Product, Compliance and Customer Success) to build consistently excellent DM activity
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis to explain the performance and demonstrate the success of DM activity
- Optimising conversion of direct mail leads by ensuring landing pages and e-mail/phone follow up journeys are well designed
