What the job involves

We’re looking for a Live Content Marketing Manager (Contractor) to help scale the editorial strategy and programming for Roblox’s growing live content ecosystem. This role will focus on developing and executing editorial storytelling across podcasts, livestreams, and social content, helping ensure our live programming delivers meaningful narratives for creators, developers, parents, and the broader Roblox community
This role will partner closely with the Creative, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to plan compelling episodes, shape editorial narratives, and translate longform content into a broader marketing flywheel
This is a Short Term position for 6 months with potential for a Full-Time Opportunity. Role Reports to Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing and is based in our San Mateo, CA office
Develop content for live content programming across podcasts, livestreams, and episodic video on social media
Write episode outlines, run-of-show documents, interview questions, and content briefs for live content series
Partner with hosts, leaders, and creators to shape compelling conversations
Identify narrative moments tied to product launches, creator stories, and cultural moments
Partner cross-functionally across marketing and communications to ensure editorial themes align with company priorities
