What the job involves
- Create and execute the growth strategy for the Company, including inbound and outbound sales and marketing, content, public relations, product marketing
- Strategize and create a network of strategic business partners, including research, engineering experts, and top executives in large corporations. Search and ensure a constant flow of new prospects who might benefit from the Company's products
- Represent the company and evangelize at technical fairs or exhibitions and conferences in the US, in order to demonstrate the products of the Company and generate new leads and partnerships
- Combine technical knowledge with marketing and sales skills to act as a primary contact for prospect business needs assessments and the development of technical specifications
- Hire, lead, manage and empower inbound and outbound sales, marketing, content strategy, public relations, product marketing, and staff on the Company's product offering to grow the Company's client base
- Liaise and support with members of the Product, R&D team, and other technical experts
- Prepare reports for the head office and keep customer records
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects, through managing and interpreting their requirements and needs
- Open new markets, leading the growth and marketing efforts of the company
