What the job involves

Health Note is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales organization. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, developing, and engaging key stakeholders within select healthcare organizations. Your success will be measured by your ability to set up quality product demonstrations and meetings that drive the growth of the sales pipeline
In this role, you will work remotely and will be provided the necessary technologies and tools in order to be successful. You will engage with members of the sales team on a regular basis via Zoom meetings and engage clients using our HubSpot CRM system and other tech stack tools
This will be an exciting role to further develop your career within a driven, professional, and fast-paced sales environment. Health Note is searching for SDRs that want to come and build something special with us!
Research assigned account/contact lists to find and organize key prospect information in HubSpot
Identify and qualify sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities
Develop a level of expertise of Health Note’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and understanding of associated technologies and how they solve the customer’s business needs
Manage a high volume of outreaches via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. each day

Our take

Health Note has developed an AI chatbot to streamline and error-proof the patient intake process for medical providers. Instead of traditional intake forms, patients are directed to the Health Note chatbot, which uses clinical decision trees to home in on the clinical reason for the visit - and medical details relevant to it. This information is compiled into a concise note for the physician and the patient file.

This saves physicians substantial administrative time and reduces costs for providers - and it tends to work, too, with Health Note reporting patient participation rates that range from 84% - 100%.

So Health Note’s solution is a simple and highly effective way of helping address the looming healthcare crisis of overburdened and understaffed facilities - and ease the risk of staff burnout. Whilst the company has a relatively modest 50 customers across 200 locations, the highly valuable and scaleable service could prove increasingly popular as pressures continue to mount in healthcare.
