What the job involves

We're expanding our engineering team and looking for a Lead iOS/macOS Engineer
. This isn't just another engineering role; we need someone who can take full ownership of technical initiatives and make critical architectural decisions
You'll be the technical pillar, shaping up our iOS & MacOS app's roadmap and leading the delivery, but also partnering with the executive leadership
While this role involves about 50% coding, the other 50% is dedicated to guiding the technical direction of our award-winning products

Our take

Productivity and collaborative note-taking tools, that exploded in popularity during the pandemic, have earned their continued place in day-to-day work. Craft Docs supplies one such tool - a mobile-first, cross-platform, modern writing tool with full feature parity across platforms, that satisfies an array of writing needs.

Expanding from its roots as an iOS app to offer APIs, extended integrations and a browser-based editor, Craft found its most prominent competitor in productivity giant Notion. Despite this high-profile face-off, Craft has managed to scale quickly and is the app of choice for millions of users including team members at Amazon, Uber, and Meta.

Craft's recent successes have seen it surpass one million installs and launch on Windows, as it continues to upgrade the platform and add new features. Funds raised by the company are cited to help up its user base in the collaborative document market, helping more companies manage day-to-day document workflows.
