- A background in consulting, strategy, advertising platforms, ad tech solutions, and/ or digital marketing in a fast-paced tech-first scale up
- You’ll have strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives
- Your business acumen and critical thinking skills are second to none
- You’ll be entrepreneurial with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation, experimentation and data
- You’ll have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- As we continue to expand our platform and enhance our offerings, we have an exciting opening for a visionary Media Innovation Manager / Strategy and Operations Manager
- You’ll lead the development of Checkatrade’s new advertising products. This includes driving innovation, shaping the future of advertising within our ecosystem, and unlocking new growth opportunities
- You’ll join us during a period of rapid growth and a new leadership team on board
- You'll be responsible for developing and executing a holistic strategy for building and monetising new advertising products and revenue streams
- This includes defining pricing strategies and revenue models. By conducting market research, industry analysis, and customer insights, you’ll identify opportunities and define product requirements
- You’ll report directly to the Managing Director of Innovation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from product to sales driving alignment and successful execution
- Additionally, you’ll drive innovation and differentiation through continuous experimentation, iteration, and optimization of advertising products and strategies
