Senior Director of Product Management, Aisera

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing large teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and data analysis platforms
• Ability to balance short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic goals
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science (MBA preferred)

• The Senior Director of Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver innovative and customer-centric products that align with business objectives
• This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH)
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals

• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize and align product roadmaps with company objectives
