Who you are
- A minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in similar roles
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth

What the job involves
- You will be responsible for planning, defining and executing our marketing strategy in global markets, playing a key role in our B2B customer acquisition. As an essential part of our commercial team, you’ll work together with sales and operations closely, actively shaping the future success of Nostos Genomics
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers across focus markets in Europe and the US, and the best channels to reach them
- Develop B2B marketing campaigns both online and offline and own their implementation from ideation to execution to measurement and optimisation
- Ideate, manage and drive the creation of content marketing initiatives and materials on various channels, such as social media and our blog, for demand generation and lead generation
- Practice data-driven marketing for growth, working with A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
- Contribute to strategic decisions off the back of deep customer insights
- Work with agencies and freelancers to generate the highest quality campaigns and content
- Build relationships with journalists and publications to generate organic media coverage
- Build a marketing toolkit that reflects our brand identity, and acts as custodian of that identity
- Support the commercial team in the organisation and promotion of conferences and trade shows
- Act as a sparring partner to other departments within the company
Our take
About 475 million people, or 10 percent of the world's population, suffer from rare diseases, and over 80% of them are genetic in nature. Nostos Genomics is an AI-driven genetic analysis platform that enables genetic testing labs to give more people a clear and fast diagnosis.
The platform’s AI solution “AION” automatically identifies pathogenic variants and genetic mutations through leveraging a combination of machine learning and functional genomics. Typically, the average diagnosis time for these tests is 4-5 years, but sometimes patients can be looking at closer to a decade. This lead time paired with extensive and expensive workups and testing is telling of how transformative Nostos Genomics technology can be.
The company recently received a new influx of funding which it hopes to put towards quickly expanding the team, entering a series of new markets including the US, and conducting more studies to further develop its platform.
