Role
Who you are
- To succeed as an SDR, you must be a highly communicative, open-minded person who can convey important messages with only a few sentences and listen and respond to the prospect's needs and challenges
- We hope you show us that you have excelled and showed grit, whether it is qualifications with excellent grades, sports or other activities leading to your ambition level
- BA/BS/master’s degree (or you are about to graduate) in business, technology, or another related field
- You are a quick thinker, and objection handling is second nature
- Between 12 and 18 months of experience as an SDR, sales call centre agent or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- You can handle Excel and learn quickly to use modern sales tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Salesforce (CRM) and other business intelligence tools
- You understand the vast possibilities that a fast-growing company can offer for a highly ambitious individual
- You are comfortable working fully remotely. You are also prepared for occasional international travel, e.g., to Aibidia's Helsinki HQ

- Other language skills -i.e., German or French- and multicultural experience
What the job involves
- Be an integral part of Aibidia's Growth team, helping to fill the sales funnel with high-quality opportunities worldwide, focusing on Europe
- Based on Ideal Customer Profile, you will research and identify prospects you approach, mainly through cold calls, e-mails, and LinkedIn. Those initial conversations aim to convince prospects to attend a short Initial Qualifying Meeting with our Account Executive team
- Discuss, for example, with the world's largest companies' CFO, Head of Tax or Head of Transfer Pricing their most important initiatives in digitalisation and challenges in international taxation compliance
- Your responsibilities will include activity tracking on Outreach, Salesforce (CRM) and other sales-related admin
