Recruiting Coordinator, Waabi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment Coordination or HR Admin capacity
• Has an “all hands on deck” “can do” attitude
• Experience using HR standard software systems such as a HRIS, ATS and Google Suite
• Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders
• Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, self motivated and self-directed
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
• Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions

Desirable

• Lead talent acquisition coordination efforts by owning scheduling of interviews
• Support recruiters by providing each candidate with a great interview experience (virtually and on-site)
• Partner with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and interviewers on recruitment initiatives
• Assist with the planning and lead program management of our internship program
• Help to execute our university recruiting strategy in both Canada and the US
• Participate in team projects and talent/system process improvements
• Support broader recruiting efforts including helping coordinate and attend recruiting events as needed, light reporting, and sourcing
• Create and manage internal and external resources and documentation to ensure up to date materials for the talent acquisition team
• Collaborate with the people team to improve and streamline existing programs and recruiting processes
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring new hire pre-onboarding information is up to date and scheduling orientation sessions
• Help with special projects when needed
• Be based in our Toronto office and willing to come into the office on a hybrid model
