Who you are
- 2-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops), analytics or strategy. B2B SaaS experience required
- Analytical and problem solving skills. Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrate an ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency. You think in terms of scale and build with automation and repeatable processes
- Proficiency in our tool stack - Looker, Snowflake, Atrium, Outreach
- Beginner SQL, and Intermediate Salesforce experience required
What the job involves
- This person will work with Revenue team leadership to help define strategy and identify areas of growth for the company. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid of large data sets, can distill insights, make recommendations based on data, and most importantly - drive action from it
- Apply your knowledge of prospect sourcing, data enrichment, and customer insight tools to build and maintain the best prospect lists for our Sales Development teams
- Through a deep understanding of our data, assist in the identification and development of strategies to target new prospect segments. Working closely with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Leaders to launch new campaigns
- Be an active member on initiatives to continuously improve the Sales team’s timeliness at responding to inquiries
- Provide visibility into key metrics for the frontline team and senior leadership
- Visualize data to provide meaningful insight from large and complex datasets. Surface key insights, provide recommendations on areas for improvement, and identify growth levers in order to help the team scale efficiently
- Be the subject matter expert on sales performance
- Ensure processes and systems scale with a rapidly growing sales team
- Help champion new initiatives from frontline feedback to improve performance
- Work with the Systems team to design and implement any necessary infrastructure and automation needed to scale the Revenue organization
- Work with Enablement to document processes and highlight areas that need enablement’s attention

Checkr addresses the unpleasant and time consuming process of background checks so that companies using on-demand employees can make safer, more informed hiring decisions in less time. Background checks are a critical part of the hiring process, and CEO Daniel Yannisse noticed that they were painfully slow, resulting in loss of work for candidates and productivity downturns for employers.
Before Checkr entered the market in 2014 with its innovative AI technology and a solid $50m in venture capital funding, companies were waiting upwards of two weeks for their checks. Checkr substantially reduces this time frame and has grown to receive a $5 billion valuation.
Checkr has accelerated growth by making several highly advantageous acquisitions of competitor companies GoodHire and Inflection. As the world of work embraces diversity and inclusion, the company announced an end-to-end service for candidates wishing to expunge their criminal records, furthering the company’s ‘fair chance’ mission and clearing 1000s of candidates for free since 2021. New products launched at the end of 2023 include Checkr Pay (providing access to payment right after a shift) and Checkr Onboard (unified onboarding processes), exemplifying how Checkr is keeping pace with a rapidly changing, flexible, and mobile-first workforce.
