5+ years of development experience with Python 3
Proved experience with designing, building, launching, and running high-load, scalable, fault-tolerant solutions
Familiar and experienced with our technology stack (AsyncIO, DBs, message queues, AWS, microservices architecture, k8s)
Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Proven hands-on experience in application performance management, profiling, and code analysis
Passion for new technologies and ready to advocate and lead engineering practices and initiatives to help the company reach its goals

What the job involves

Currently, PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join our Customer Value track, specifically in the Solid Core area
We need a person to aid in creating the Content Platform: a set of building blocks, based on a managed core (Doc generation, Editor, and ecosystem), with a clear and reliable dev toolset allowing engineers to construct new product solutions
Help build and maintain foundational technology for the Content Platform
Own relationships with other engineering teams and collaborate with CTO Office
Take ownership and contribute to Content Platform infrastructure, solutions, and services
Maintain well-formulated code and library components across design patterns
Participate and lead the full solutions lifecycle from concept to release

Our take

The management of formal documentation such as contracts has mostly migrated to digital formats in the last decade. However, existing software will generally have a single function, such as digital signing or storing a document, meaning companies must use various software packages for digital documentation processing.

PandaDoc provides integrated digital document automation software that allows users to manage their documents from the initial creation stages to the final archiving. The company believes that this unified approach will help companies save money from mistakes and improve workflows by allowing all elements of a document to be handled within the same platform.

PandaDoc provides its software in the form of API tools that can be directly integrated into a client's website. It currently provides services for companies such as Drift, SGS and TomTom.
