Role
Who you are
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-tier university or similar
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience within a top consulting firm or 1-2 years of proven track record in a similar position at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Top performer with the ability to navigate in data-scarce environments and to build structures from the ground up
- Highly advanced problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to get things done
- Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making as well as analytical thinking
- Willingness to wear several hats simultaneously and to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally, first CRM (Hubspot), Notion, and/or enterprise sales experience
- Fluent in English and German is a must

What the job involves
- Now, we’re looking for our first Founder’s Associate to be the right hand of the Co-Founder & CRO regarding all Growth and Revenue Operations and be part of the CEO's Office
- We want to create a new category of automation, ultimately shaping the new era of work and freeing peoples’ lives from boring, repetitive work
- Take ownership and responsibility for all tools, including the CRM program (Hubspot), within the revenue organization (Marketing, Sales Development, Inside Sales, Account Executives, Customer Success)
- Create and organize onboarding material for new joiners in the revenue organization
- Build cross-department processes to enable Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to work effectively together and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to build teams' notion workspaces, increasing productivity and collaboration
- Manage and optimize the CRO's calendar with proper project management techniques
- Plan and execute events and conferences, both online and in-person
- Develop dashboards and reports based on data from all revenue teams, enabling the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to make informed decisions and report to the Board
- Organize travel arrangements for the CRO
Our take
Internal processes and grunt work can drain time for any tech business, amounting to what is known as “digital assembly lines” which can waste the talents of employees. This is why many start-ups are dedicating their resources to simplifying and automating these processes. DeepOpinion is one of these companies, developing no-code, API-first, and AI-native platforms that automate processes that would otherwise have to be done manually.
Based in Munich and Austria, DeepOpinion builds text and document workflows that require no code to administer. Its software is also compatible with a range of pre-existing tools, making integration far easier for client companies as large as Nestle, Markel, and Siemens.
With a wealth of large enterprise clients, DeepOpinion had made large strides before its 2 million euros in seed funding was announced in 2022. Moving forward, DeepOpinion is using its funding to expand its product portfolio and grow its central Europe base out to the USA and the UAE.
