Financial Crime Business Analyst, Santander

• Strong experience in process design, business analysis and overall large scale project support
• Knowledge of Industry Financial Crime systems and controls

Desirable

• Creating and maintaining business requirements / project documentation including user stories, process flow designs, control models, MI, and RAID documentation to a high degree of accuracy
• Communicating with stakeholders in both technical, financial crime and the wider business teams, and able to influence key decisions where required
• Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to identify and manage Financial Crime risks
• Facilitating workshops, meetings and review sessions to identify & address gaps in risk and control management knowledge
• Assessing risks, and being able to apply a risk framework to the impact and potential mitigating controls proportionate to the level of risk
• Designing solutions that enable a smooth customer experience whilst mitigating Financial Crime risks
