Role
Who you are
- A confident and experienced CRM professional with experience of management or mentoring
- You’ll be a team leader who can motivate and influence within the CRM team and the wider business
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance and efficiency through data reporting and analytics, ThoughtSpot experience a plus
- Previous experience in using at least two different omni-channel B2C CRM platforms, Blueshift experience a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to research solutions and independently resolve technical issues
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, and help us climb even higher
- Managing the strategy and roadmap for monetisation mass sends across email and push notifications
- Using a build, measure, learn approach to segmentation, targeting and personalised content to continuously optimise results
- Manage and develop our CRM Executive role who will support on campaign delivery
- Analyse and share results to key stakeholders on a regular basis, making recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with product and tech teams to deliver CRM marketing strategy for new ad current app features, such as Open Banking
- Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver campaigns, including data, copy and design, compliance, commercial, product and tech
