Role
Who you are
- This role is highly cross functional and will require someone with excellent stakeholder management at all levels and experience working across Operations, Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leadership
- You are a team player who understands everyone in the program is working towards the same goal and you create an environment where people can do their best work
- You thrive and enjoy building programs from the ground up with little direction or precedent. You are a self starter
- You are a clear communicator both verbally and written
- You have a strong understanding of what type of communication is needed in different situations
- You are metric driven and have a passion for baselining, analyzing and driving program metrics
- You enjoy ambiguity and problem solving, and lots of it
- 7+ years of experience leading large cross functional programs
- Experience leading programs with Operations and Engineering teams
- Starting programs from scratch and working with ambiguity
- Track record of developing programs and delivering big results

What the job involves
- This role will lead our company’s number one priority for 2025 by solving the most critical pain point for our customers, resolving issues with their systems, quickly and effectively
- This person will be building the program from the ground up and will have the opportunity to take ideas through to execution, making a material impact on our company
- This role will report into our Head of Program Management
- Create and implement program management foundations from scratch
- Partner across orgs to solidify roadmap and turn the roadmap into results
- Ensure program remains on track, capturing and mitigating and large issues as they arise
- Communicate and partner cross functionally with different audiences, including Executive Team, on program status, issues, blockers etc
- Drive program metrics, benchmarking and goals in partnership with stakeholders
- Operationally detail-oriented, a deep interest in understanding our Operations teams and their day to day
- Process driven
- Bridge between Operations and Technology Lead change management strategy in partnership with Operational and Technology leaders

As one of many options in the move to decarbonize our energy grid, solar power has shot up in popularity in recent years. However, one issue that may discourage investment in solar systems is the lack of post-purchase performance management and analytics options.
This is where Omnidian steps in, with solutions for solar owners and operators - as well as investors with solar portfolios - to monitor and service their systems for maximum performance and ROI. A key component of the company's offering is in predictive, rather than reactive, maintenance, which is proven to reduce costs. It also supplies a performance guarantee where Omnidian will cover the shortfall if a system generates less than 95% of its forecasted annual energy.
With its rather unique approach to the solar market, Omnidian has gained a lot of attention and investment thus far and has been steadily expanding its operations since founding in 2015. Funding in 2023 will support further technical innovation; with plans to provide improved transparency into portfolio performance, job site status, and active remediations to clients. A B Corp certification lends it further credence as a trusted solar solution.
