Who you are

2- 4 years of professional experience in commodity trading, financial services or at an energy industry player
Advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL, Python and Power BI
Experience with ETRM systems, particularly Openlink
Excellent quantitative and communication skills, strong time management skills and proven ability to adhere to deadlines
Strong understanding of risk concepts and demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets

What the job involves

Participate in pre-deal analysis and new trade approvals
Streamline and automate daily risk reporting and oversee adherence to risk policy and limits
Strong interaction with front office and commercial team in a growing environment, be able to understand new strategies and provide constructive challenges when/if required
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy of the analysis, as well as the flow of information across departments
Provide insightful analysis on the valuation of a diverse renewable portfolio
