Partnerships Coordinator, Athletic Greens

• 2+ years of partner/talent facing experience in an agency, media house, talent management or network working with media partners (YouTube, Podcasts, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in the traditional entertainment, media, and podcast industries is preferred
• A curious self-starter who is proactive, takes initiative and raises their hand to take on tasks
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, somebody who is naturally extremely well organized, with a strong attention to detail
• A passion for crafting partner-facing collateral
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort in updating reports in real time
• Experience reviewing media contracts and insertion orders, plus identifying irregularities
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally, in order to drive important project objectives and company initiatives
• Someone who takes extreme ownership in what they do, learning from their mistakes and holding themselves accountable
• An ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and work well with various team members

• Provide critical day-to-day support to the various members of our Partnerships department focusing on our Partner Relations function and the Core partner portfolio, in order to ensure smooth procedures across all activity
• Be responsible for post-negotiation partnership accounts, relationship execution, and performance tracking, focusing specifically on Audio Partners

• Coordinate campaign maintenance with media partners throughout their campaign: coordinating meetings/calls/demos for Partner Relations team, updating contracts, overseeing product distribution, etc. trafficking copy
• Pull and compile reporting materials to track performance
• Optimize campaigns through close delivery tracking and by listening to in-market ads to provide creative feedback
• Update/maintain internal partner-tracking documents
• Manage Media Calendar with updated placements, contracts, and scheduling changes to ensure organized and clean data for the team
• Maintain and track partner payouts and billing processes
• Perform market and competitive research and analysis
• Consistently cultivate genuine brand experiences
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
