What the job involves

We’re looking for a highly motivated Mid Market Sales Development Representative to join our team and accelerate new business growth
Mid market SDRs are a foundational piece in Yuma AI's sales organization and help generate pipeline through interactions with prospective customers, across verticals and various personas
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and your teammates to strategically generate interest in Yuma AI with some of North Europe’s largest brands
Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful and personalized outreach
Strategic, outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct account research, identify key decisions makers, and build relationships with prospects
Partner with account executives and cross functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book introductory meetings with Yuma AI
Become a subject matter expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the Customer Service Space
