What the job involves
- As the Director of Product Management for Veza Workflows & Access Provisioning, you will lead the vision and execution of Veza’s Identity Governance capabilities — automating how enterprises request, approve, certify, and remove access across critical systems. You’ll collaborate with customers, engineering, and cross-functional leaders to transform compliance and access management into a proactive, continuous, and measurable process
- Workflows in Veza enable users to create, approve, and remediate access via Access Requests, Reviews, and Certifications, while Access Provisioning automates Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes - ensuring the right access, at the right time, with full auditability
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Veza Workflows & Access Provisioning, aligning customer feedback, data insights, and market trends to deliver world-class governance automation
- Build scalable workflows for access requests, reviews, approvals, and remediation, empowering organizations to reduce risk and achieve least-privilege access
- Drive deep integrations with HRIS, ITSM, and application ecosystems to automate provisioning and deprovisioning
- Partner with Engineering to translate product vision into clear milestones, ensuring reliable and timely delivery
- Create enablement content, demos, and narratives to equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for adoption and expansion
- Represent Veza in the industry - engaging customers, analysts, and partners as a product evangelist and thought leader in identity governance
- Continuously evaluate the IGA, PAM, and ITDR competitive landscape to strengthen Veza’s market differentiation and long-term product moat
Our take
Data is migrating to the cloud, but many organizations lack the tools to protect their data from cloud-based threats and challenges. Veza solves this problem with its authorization-based cloud security platform.
Data volume is set to triple by 2026 and cyber crime is on the rise. As such, companies like Veza are in high demand. However, Veza sets itself apart from its competitors thanks to its focus on authorization, which has been a missing piece of the cloud ecosystem for some time. Veza's ability to tap into a lucrative and underserved gap in the market has allowed it to attract significant attention. The company has raised impressive funding, which is testament to its growing impact.
Recently, Veza was acquired by Service Now, a major milestone for the fast-growing company. Alongside this, Veza also raised $108M in funding in 2025, taking its valuation to $808M and showing strong confidence in its platform. Now part of ServiceNow's security and risk portfolio, Veza is set to scale its technology on a global scale and play a central role in how organizations manage access across cloud, data and AI.
