- Experience: At least 2 years in technical support, with a solid grasp of Azure services, including Virtual Desktops, networking, VPNs, and more

What the job involves
- As our Tech Support Engineer I - Infrastructure, you'll be on the frontlines of ensuring our partners' success by providing top-tier technical support for Microsoft Azure services and other leading cloud solutions
- You'll be the go-to expert, helping our partners navigate and resolve their technical challenges, ensuring they get the most out of their cloud investments
- Be the hero our partners need by responding swiftly and professionally to their technical inquiries via phone, web submissions, and email
- Empower our partners by educating them on supported technologies, diagnosing issues, and guiding them toward solutions that foster self-sufficiency
- Take charge of your cases, prioritizing based on issue severity, and keep our partners informed every step of the way, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide a seamless support experience that leaves our partners feeling well cared for
- Stay ahead of the curve by participating in regular training sessions, ensuring you're always up to date on the latest technologies and best practices
- Within 90 Days: You’ll have mastered our support processes and be confidently handling basic to intermediate Azure-related inquiries
- Within 6 Months: You’ll be a trusted advisor to our partners, resolving complex issues and contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions
- Within 1 Year: You’ll have made significant contributions to our support strategy, helping refine processes, and potentially mentoring new team members
