Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, preferably within tech or SaaS, with a strong ability to translate technical concepts into simple customer benefits
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Comfort working through ambiguity and creating structure in fast-moving environments
- Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination and clear communication
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize insights, and support competitive and market analysis
- Clear, concise communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills
What the job involves
- As the Product Marketing Manager for Fleet Management and Equipment Monitoring at Motive, you will help bring new features to market, build competitive insights, and equip Sales with tools that clearly communicate Motive's value in tracking, utilization, and operational efficiency
- This role works closely with product management, sales, enablement, creative, and other cross-functional partners to drive awareness, adoption, and customer value
- Support end-to-end product launches, including GTM planning, messaging updates, training materials, and ongoing readiness
- Conduct customer research and track post-launch KPIs to understand feature performance, refine messaging, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop safety marketing assets such as slides, one-pagers, demo flows, customer stories, and feature deep dives
- Maintain competitive intelligence for key safety and telematics competitors, translating insights into clear guidance for Sales, Product, and leadership
- Contribute to demo tours by building talk tracks, demos, and supporting materials that showcase Motive’s safety capabilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales Enablement, and marketing teams to align on priorities, inform roadmap discussions, and ensure GTM execution is coordinated across teams

Trucking is a huge but fragmented industry that was largely ignored by Silicon Valley until companies such as Motive (formerly KeepTruckin) came along. The integrated fleet management platform acts as air traffic control for trucks, bringing drivers online and into the 21st century.
The company offers both hardware and software solutions to freight companies, allowing them to manage their fleet and keep their drivers safe. One of these solutions is an AI-powered dashcam that detects unsafe driving behavior in real time and instantly alerts the driver.
The platform, which is used by over 120,000 companies, from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, received $150 million in VC in 2025. This is being invested in expanding the capabilities of its platform through AI, with a suite of AI-powered fleet tools launching in 2026.
