Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 3+ years focused on enterprise audiences
- Proven success driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and ABM tactics
- Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified, Mutiny)
- Familiarity with the modern data ecosystem and buyer landscape
- Highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable owning results end-to-end
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth for our enterprise segment. You’ll own demand strategy and execution for enterprise accounts, building integrated campaigns that engage key personas and convert into qualified pipeline for sales
- Own enterprise demand generation goals across leads, MQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise accounts (1,000 -10,000 employees), including paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, and webinars
- Lead LinkedIn and account-based advertising strategy; partner with growth marketing on PPC/SEM
- Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize pipeline impact and ROI
- Partner closely with sales and SDR/BDR teams on lead quality, account priorities, lead handoff, and conversion
- Partner with the event marketing team to maximize ROI from executive dinners, conferences, and sponsorships targeting enterprise accounts
- Track performance and report on key metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, and cost efficiency

The service pulls information from metadata log metrics to help teams understand their data health, and if something breaks, the product will send proactive notifications. The product is an off-the-shelf SaaS offering that customers can integrate and customise over time.
The company has won some major clients including big tech companies like Affirm and Intuit, but also JetBlue, PepsiCo, CNN, The New York Times, Asics, Rivian and others from many sectors. Its goal is to help companies reduce data downtime and the time data engineers must spend on tedious data quality tasks.
'Data Observability’ became a point of furore in venture capital in 2022. For example, in the span of one week, just three companies raised more than $400 million between them. Staying at the forefront of this industry is an interesting challenge for Monte Carlo, and it met it in 2024 with product enhancements that include new GenAI capabilities for its platform.
