• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ad tech or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven track record in managing marketing teams and launching successful products
• Proficiency with tools like SQL, Amplitude, MODE, and project management software
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media)
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience with UX principles to enhance user engagement
• Ability to build and nurture online communities and manage B2B partnerships

• Product and Growth Marketing: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, product adoption, and retention. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to refine marketing efforts
• Community Building: Develop strategies to foster and grow a community of engaged users and advertisers. Create and disseminate high-quality content, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and videos
• Campaign Management: Lead the execution of promotional and lifecycle email marketing campaigns to improve advertiser engagement and retention. Innovate with growth hacking and guerrilla marketing strategies to create buzz and attract new advertisers
